Situation:
Plastindia represents the very best of empowerment of man's very growth through the unceasing efforts of the Plastics community. It is the largest Plastics Exhibition Show in India which was held at The Mahatma Mandir Exhibition Center and the Helipad Ground Exhibition Center in Gandhinagar, Ahemdabad. It was a challenging task scanning and syncing together several exhibition centres and providing meticulous live data to the client. Handling their extensive website along with the Exhibitors Online Manual was another task within itself.
Opportunity:
Tecogis set up 300+ registration counters and had over 50 scanning stations. We reinforced a vast team of 500+ individuals that helped made this massive project a huge success. The Exhibitor’s Online Manual and Website was all made and handled by us effortlessly.

Situation:
The burglary occurred at a booth displaying precious gemstones at the India International Jewellery Show (IIJS), one of the world's largest and most prestigious shows, held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai's Goregaon area.
The Chinese duo had cleared their immigrations at the Mumbai Airport, and they were on the run. On receiving a complaint from the company owners, the organisers verified with theCCTV camera in the booth and lodged a FIR at the local police station at Goregaon. The complaint, shared with the CISF office guarding the show, was later sent to the Mumbai airport police.
Opportunity:
Tecogis, being the registration partner of the GJEPC’s IIJS, had entries and data about the suspected Chinese duo. On identification and confirmation of the felons, we instantly shared this information with the officials in-charge.
Outcome:
The legitimate information that was shared along with their passport details, served as the foundation for searching the individuals responsible for this theft. In 2017, it was the 2nd instance where Tecogis has successfully helped GJEPC snap the crooks in less than 24 hours.

We introduced the concept of Lead Retrieval App which helps exhibitors and visitors in event and trade shows to have immediate access to their potential clients through the App on their mobile device. This was used by over 60% of the exhibitors.
